Well, I'm not a big city lawyer...actually, I'm not any kind of lawyer at all (although I play one on TV). However, it seems to me, that if you volunteer for something, you can't then sue them because they didn't 'supervise' you. Looks like some lawyer is fishing for an anoyance pay-off. I'll bet they are suing the shovel manufacturer and the weather channel as well!
