This just in! With less than 1/10th of 1 percent of the voting completed,
RATYHTL announces that John Kerry has won the wonderfully WASPish state of
Connecticut and all 169 of its Electoral votes. Once again, Kerry has won
the incredibly White state of Connecticut and all 799 of its Electoral
votes.
