All I have to say is that I was really tired when I wrote this one...and it shows.

State Rep. Jack Franks was chairing the hearing that day and says Davis’ outburst was uncharacteristic, adding "she was having a bad day."

Newsflash: Monique Davis has apologized!

Monique Davis didn't apologize as much as she made excuses for herself. I wouldn't have accepted that at all.
